Meet our dedicated team here at Birkdale – a group of compassionate, skilled professionals committed to providing the highest standard of care. We believe in investing in our staff, offering regular training and development opportunities, including the chance to complete NVQ qualifications in Health and Social Care.

Many of our team members have already achieved their Level 2,3 or 5 NVQ’s, with others currently working towards their next qualification. In addition, several staff have completed specialist training in key areas such as dementia care, dignity champion, frailty champion, safeguarding lead, medication competency and many more.
